Regenerative Land Design for Homesteads, Farms and Ranches
The Living Master Plan brings the earlier steps together: plantings, guilds, agroforestry and grazing placed on your mapped terrain and water, with species shown at mature scale.
Who it is for
- Homesteads ready to plan the whole property rather than one project at a time
- Farms adding trees, alley cropping or silvopasture to working land
- Ranches thinking about shade, shelter and grazing in one design
Questions it helps answer
- How do gardens, orchards, pasture and water fit together on this land?
- Where would trees help livestock and where would they get in the way?
- Which species suit my climate, water and soils?
- Where should soil samples be taken to inform decisions?
What is included
Includes everything below it: the Earthworks Plan, the Water Story, and the Foundational Topographic Map & Land Assessment.
- Planting guilds at true mature scaleEach species at mature canopy diameter, snapped onto contour and swale berms.
- Climate 'Sector Compass'Frost-free normals, seasonal sun arcs, and prevailing wind.
- Soil Sampling Management Zones — includedYour land divided into zones that behave alike, with GPS-marked sampling points in a W walking pattern across each zone (so lab samples truly represent the field) and scannable labels tying each sample bag to its exact spot.
- Presentation-grade blueprint PDF
Not included
- Installation, planting crews or livestock management services
- Engineered irrigation, drainage or structural design
- Financial, tax or certification guarantees

How it works
- 1
Check your band
Bands A to C (up to 100 acres) can check out directly. Larger parcels route to the existing application.
- 2
Two sessions
Two separate one-hour virtual sessions: one to start, one when you are ready to review.
- 3
A plan you can phase
The master plan builds on the Earthworks Plan, Water Story and topographic map it includes.
Limitations to know
- Plant survival depends on establishment care, weather, browse pressure and management. A plan cannot guarantee yields.
- Silvopasture and grazing layouts require active management of trees, forage and animals; they are not a substitute for local grazing expertise.
- Soil sampling zones guide where to sample. Lab results, not the map, describe your actual soil.
Common questions
- My land is 300 acres. Can I buy this directly?
- Master Plans for Bands D to F go through the application path on this page. Published D and E prices are starting points.
- Do I have to buy the earlier steps first?
- No. Prices are all-in and include the earlier steps.
